If you didn't receive a text message from us with a link to complete your ID Check, please log in through the app or website to access your check instead.

If you're still struggling to see where this is, you can select the Get more help option to speak with a customer support agent.

Please note, if you’ve been asked to complete an ID check, you won’t be able to drive until after you’ve passed it.
