Change in circumstance

If there are any change in your circumstances (such as change of address, change of car details or change of occupation), we will have to recalculate your premium with the updated details. This can make the price of your policy go up or down.

Your premium is recalculated by a complex pricing algorithm that considers a wide range of factors and tailors your premium to your specific insurance needs.

If there is any incorrect information on the policy, such as the number of years No Claims Discount that you signed up with, then this may lead to an increased premium.

Admin Fee

Please note: If you are a Marshmallow Lightest or Essential customer, we will charge a £25 admin fee if you wish to make a change to your policy.

Policy Wording

In Part 2: Your obligations of your Policy Wording document it states the following:

"Any changes, if accepted by us, will apply from the date indicated on your updated policy schedule or by an endorsement to your policy. In this case we will be entitled to vary the premium and terms for the rest of the period of insurance."
