If there are any change in your circumstances (such as change of address, change of car details or change of occupation), we will have to recalculate your premium with the updated details. This can make the price of your policy go up or down.

Your premium is recalculated by a complex pricing algorithm that considers a wide range of factors and tailors your premium to your specific insurance needs. Sadly, we cannot override the system to change the price of your policy.

Please note: If you are a Marshmallow Lightest or Essential customer, we will charge a £25 admin fee if you wish to make a change to your policy.
