Common issues and solutions

Here are some common issues that may arise when submitting your documents and how to resolve them:

  • Blurry or unclear images: Make sure the document is well-lit and all text is legible. Retake the photo if necessary.

  • Incomplete documents: Ensure that all pages of the document are included and none are missing.

  • Expired documents: Make sure the document is recent and up to date.

If we have any issues with the document you have uploaded, we will contact you through email, so please also check your emails for this.
