Yes! We understand that sometimes, customers may need a little extra help from a trusted third party with handling their car insurance. This is why you can nominate one person to make decisions and communicate with us on behalf of the main policy holder.
What decisions can my nominee make?
A nominee can contact us via live chat to make mid term adjustments to your policy, such as change the car, address, mileage and add a personal registration plate. We can also discuss the policy in general with the nominee.
What decisions can’t my nominee make?
A nominee will not be able to make mid term adjustments to the policy that increase the price of the premium by over £200 without the consent of the policy holder.
They also cannot change the email address on the policy, or cancel the policy without the consent of the policy holder.
