What decisions can my nominee make?
Your nominee can contact us through live chat to make mid-term adjustments to your policy, such as changing the car, address, mileage, or adding a personal registration plate. They can also discuss the policy in general with us.
What decisions can’t my nominee make?
Your nominee cannot make mid-term adjustments that increase the premium by more than £200 without your consent. They also cannot change the email address on the policy or cancel the policy without your permission.
