Yes, you can cancel your breakdown cover plan. Here's how it works:
If you added breakdown cover to your Lightest, Essential, or Original plan:
Within the first 14 days: You'll get a full refund.
After the first 14 days: You'll get a refund for any unused period of cover.
No cancellation fee.
If you have a Marshmallow Plus policy plan:
You cannot remove the breakdown cover, as it is included as standard.
For Marshmallow Essential or Lightest plans:
An additional admin fee may apply when making changes to your plan.
To cancel your breakdown cover, please speak to a customer support agent. Please note: removing your breakdown cover will be permanent and we cannot re-add it to your policy at a later date.
