If you have an existing policy:
You may need to change the phone number on your policy, which you can do via your app using the following steps:
Log into your app
Click on “Manage Policy”
Click the option for "Main Driver"
Scroll down to the section that says mobile number
Click edit and change your number.
If this is still not working, you will need to speak to a member of our team to resolve the issue
If you have just bought a new quote:
Your phone number may not be recognised because it is incorrect, or because you have an existing policy with different details. To complete your ID check and create your policy, you’ll need to log in via our website instead.

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll need to select the verify now button to complete the check
Once the check has been completed and your policy created, you will be able to change your phone number
