If your car breaks down and you have purchased the breakdown cover add-on, follow these steps to get help quickly:

Contacting Roadside Assistance

For UK 24-Hour Emergency Help:

  • Call AA at 0330 041 3675.

For European 24-Hour Emergency Help:

  • Dial 00 800 42 43 24 44.

Courtesy Car Availability

It's important to know when you can get a courtesy car with your insurance policy:

  • Breakdown or MOT Failure:

    • Unfortunately, Marshmallow policies do not provide a courtesy car if your vehicle breaks down or fails its MOT, even if you have added breakdown cover.

  • After an Accident:

    • If you’re involved in an accident and need a courtesy car, you’re covered under the following Marshmallow policies:

      • Marshmallow Plus

      • Marshmallow Original

      • Marshmallow Essential

    • However, if you have the Marshmallow Lightest policy, a courtesy car is only available if you purchased it as an extra add-on.
