How do I change my due date?
To change your payment date, please contact our Customer Support team.
What are the rules for changing the date?
You can change your date up to 2 times during your policy.
The new date must be at least 6 days later than your current payment date.
You will need to make two payments within a 30-day period when changing dates.
Once changed, you cannot change your due date back.
What if I already missed a payment?
Changing your payment date won’t affect any existing payment deadline. If you’re in arrears, your current deadline still applies.
I’ve changed my due date, am I paying more?
You are not paying more for your policy overall after this change. However, you will need to make two payments within the same month.
Why hasn’t my payment gone through yet?
If today is your payment date, Marshmallow will take your payment at the end of the day.
If you’ve recently changed your payment date, it may take longer to process. As a result, you might see two payments within the same 30-day period.
To check your payment date or payment history, go to Manage Payments in the Marshmallow app.
Can I change my due date back?
No. If you have changed your due date, you cannot change it back to the previous date.
