If you've made a claim and want to know what’s happening next, we’re here to help. Here’s how to find out more:
Step 1: Check your email
We’ll keep you posted by email whenever your claim moves forward.
Look out for emails from us or our repair and claims partners (like Activate Group or Winns) depending on who’s handling your claim.
Step 2: Contact your claims handler
If you wish to speak to your claims handler please email existingclaims@marshmallow.co with your reference in the subject box and your file handler will respond to you.

Step 3: Contact our customer support team
If you just reported the claim, it can take up to 48 working hours for the first update to appear.
