This article is for Marshmallow policyholders who have already reported a claim and would like an update on its progress.

What to do if you need an update

If you've made a claim and want to know what’s happening next, we’re here to help. Here’s how to find out more:

Step 1: Check your email

  • We’ll keep you posted by email whenever your claim moves forward.

  • Look out for emails from us or our repair and claims partners (like Activate Group or Winns) depending on who’s handling your claim.

Step 2: Contact your claims handler

  • If you wish to speak to your claims handler please email existingclaims@marshmallow.co with your reference in the subject box and your file handler will respond to you.

  • If your claims is being handled by a partner you can call one of the following:

    • For Motor Repair Network, call 0333 016 9823

    • For E2E call 01325 352626

    • For Winn Solicitors, call 0191 720 7795

    • For Robertson & Co, call 01277 367150

Step 3: Contact our customer support team

  • If you just reported the claim, it can take up to 48 working hours for the first update to appear.

  • Please speak to our friendly customer support team if there have been delays.
