Access Calendar from the top navigation bar. You will be taken to the homepage of your calendar, which is set to the current day.

Filter your calendar by location using the drop-down menu in the top-right.

Use the search bar to quickly locate a specific class on that day.

Click on the calendar icon on the left to view the current month, and use the arrows to view previous or upcoming months. Days with classes running will display a blue dot and the current day is highlighted in orange.

Create new Recurring Classes or One-Off Events using the buttons on the right. Check out our How To: Create a Recurring Class or One-Off Event for detailed instructions.

View information for a specific class by clicking on the event in your calendar. The class name will be displayed in the top left of the pop-up, alongside coloured circles that indicate which ranks are eligible for the class. Below that it lists the day(s) that class runs on, start and end time, the location and date of that specific class.

In the top-right there are options to:

  • Email students and invitation to book.

  • Manually book students in.

  • Delete the class. You have the options to delete This class only, The class and future classes and All instances of this class. There is also an option to notify students booked in of the cancellation and add an optional reason.

  • Edit the class. Note: If editing a recurring class, all changes will apply to all classes in that series.

The capacity bar shows how full the class is based on the capacity limit you set when creating the class. If no capacity has been set a counter of total bookings will be displayed instead.

When viewing a class or event in the past, there are options to:

  • Download and list of bookings.

  • Email all students booked in.

Check out our Calendar & Bookings support area for detailed guides on creating classes, managing bookings and the Bookings Widget.
