Welcome to Matidor! This guide will help you navigate through the Matidor interface.

Home

You will see a personalized list of tasks, approvals and comments prioritized for you on the home panel. Any important announcements will also be displayed at the top of the panel.

Search

In the search panel is where you find projects, work, budgets, costs and files by keywords or filters. You may also save the search results into portfolios. See Search and Filter for more details.

Portfolios

Portfolios are groups of projects, including a default portfolio called All Projects. Portfolios are great in organizing data and in providing summary information of the collection.

In addition, you can expand the portfolio, or any list panels, into a table view for details and more operations. See Data Table for more details.

Maps

Matidor provides an interactive map to help you navigate through your projects and understand the site visually.

You can annotate directly on the map, or augment the map by uploading your own GIS layers and linking external GIS databases. There are many GIS tools for you to use as well, such as measurement tools, lasso tools, buffering and tagging. See Map for more details about the GIS features.

Workspaces

If you are working with teams or clients who have their own Matidor workspaces, you may switch between them by clicking the company logo located on on the top left of the screen.
