This is an overview of the Primary Dashboard tabs, including Sales/Pipeline Health, Lead Response Metrics, and Best Lead Source, to ensure effective use and monitoring of lead performance within Follow Up Boss.

Sales & Pipeline Health

Overview:
This tab provides insights into lead progression within the Follow Up Boss system over the past 30 days.

Key Features:

  • Pipeline Pie Chart: Pipeline Pie Chart: Displays how new Team leads (created in the last 30 days) are distributed across various stages based on Maverick.

  • Pipeline Breakdown:

    • New (No Contact Made)

    • Attempted Contact

    • Unresponsive

    • Appointment Outstanding

    • Short-Term Nurture

    • Long-Term Nurture

    • Actively Listed / Showing Homes

    • Closed / Under Contract

    • Rejected/Trashed

  • 48-Hour Snapshot: Shows how effectively new leads are being managed within the first 48 hours in FUB. Best practice is ensuring leads do not remain in "New (No Contact Made)" beyond 48 hours.

    • Of leads created within the last 48 hours in a Team source and unignored stage, how many remain in “New (No Contact Made).

  • Rules & Alerts Usage: Indicates how many leads have been automatically progressed through pipeline stages by rules and alerts.

    • Number of leads that were associated with a nudge event that have subsequently been moved to a 'Actively Listed / Showing Homes' stage type in the last 30 days.


Lead Response Metrics

Overview:
Provides a high-level view of the distribution of leads across different nurture stages.

Key Usage:

  • Identifies where the majority of Team leads are situated based on Maverick Type mappings in Preferences.

  • Rules & Alerts Usage: Shows how many leads were contacted after a nudge was sent in the last 30 days.

  • This reporting Dashboard helps prioritize efforts on moving leads effectively through nurture stages.


Best Lead Source

Overview:
Highlights lead sources based on their progression into key stages (Actively Listed / Showing Homes) within the last 30 days.

Key Insights:

  • Ranks lead sources by effectiveness in advancing leads into critical engagement stages.

  • Example: Zillow Flex might rank highly, meaning it has the most leads currently moving into "Actively Listed / Showing Homes," although not necessarily the highest conversion.

    • Team source leads with the top number of leads created in the last 30 days that are in 'Actively Listed / Showing Homes' stage.

  • Rules & Alerts Usage: Number of leads that match the top source that have been contacted since a nudge was sent within the last 30 days.
