MaverickRE’s Nudging system helps drive agent accountability and consistent follow-up by automatically identifying leads that need action—and surfacing those directly to your team. Powered by customizable Rules and Alerts, Nudges ensure your agents always know who to follow up with and why.
✅ What Are Nudges?
Nudges are notifications triggered when a lead meets a specific condition—such as not being followed up with, missing a call, or leads with no communication for leads they're nurturing. These Nudges are visible on your team’s dashboard and also notify agents via email, text, and FUB notification to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
🧠 How Nudges Work
Rules Define the Logic
Each Nudge is powered by a “Rule” you set. Rules evaluate your CRM data (Follow Up Boss) and look for leads that meet certain conditions. For example:"No follow-up in 2+ days"
"Appointment marked as No Show, no reschedule attempt"
"Tagged as HOT but hasn’t been contacted in 48 hours"
Alerts Surface the Nudges
When a Rule is triggered, an Alert is sent—this is the Nudge. Alerts appear in real time on your Rules and Alerts page and can be sent to:Individual agents
Managers
Email recipients
Agent View of Nudges
Agents can log into their Maverick dashboard, head to the Rules and Alerts tab under Agent Reports and see:The lead name & contact info
The rule that triggered the Nudge
The suggested action or expectation (like “Call now”, text or email)

Understanding Your Agent Rules: How to Filter and Start Nudging
You can expand your view of your rule and it's statuses by clicking on the arrow drop down to the right of the rule.
🟡 At Risk
Rule At Risk are leads awaiting action from agents. They are still within the time limit, but action is needed soon.
🟢 Complete
Rule Complete are actions that agents have completed within the set time limit.
🔴 Past Due
Rule Past Due are pending leads that have breached the time limit. Identifying and resolving these is key to lead management and closing deals.
How are my agent's notified of lead nudges?
When an agent is nudged, they will receive a text, an email, a post on the lead profile page and the lead will be tagged with MAV_NUDGE_OUTSTANDING. (Please note, the tag is not applied for reassigned leads.)
