When you nudge an agent using the Agent Rules & Alerts feature in MaverickRE, the tag listed below will be applied. When an agent sends a text regarding a live transferred lead, a tag will be applied to indicate the initiation of the text. After the agent completes their response to each text, another tag will be applied to indicate that the text thread has been completed.
