What should I do if one of these fields doesn't exist in my Sisu transactions?
Most of the fields listed below already exist on a transaction record in most transaction management systems, however, you may need to create some.
Your MaverickRE Implementation Specialist will guide you through what is needed to prepare your data to be ingested.
Sisu
Each transaction in Sisu must contain the following data:
Address Line 1
Transaction Status
Transaction Type (Buyer/Seller)
Transaction Amount
Lead Source
Closed (Settlement Date)
Under Contract Date (this field may need to be added to your transaction form)
Contact Email
Agent
FUB ID
The following fields are not required but are suggested to enhance the value of the insights that can be seen in MaverickRE if recorded:
APPT SET BY (ISA)
Title Company
Lender
Team Commission
Agent Commission
