Agents need to call from their personal number tied to their Follow Up Boss account, NOT the FUB Dialer.
Non-USA/Canada-based ISAs can use a local VOIP number (Google Voice, Zoom, RingCentral, etc.) to place calls to the AI Coach.
How to Access Agent Scoring and Feedback
For Admins, to access Agent scoring you'll do so under the 'AI Call Grading' tab in Maverick. To filter for Ai calls, you'll first need to select 'AI Coach' under the 'Call Type' field.
