IMPORTANT:

  • Agents need to call from their personal number tied to their Follow Up Boss account, NOT the FUB Dialer.

  • Non-USA/Canada-based ISAs can use a local VOIP number (Google Voice, Zoom, RingCentral, etc.) to place calls to the AI Coach.

  1. Select a scenario (e.g. "Portal," "Expired," etc.)

  2. Dial in, listen to the lead, and start the conversation

  3. Receive feedback immediately after the call via email (example below)
