To cancel your Maxanet subscription, please submit your request to support@maxanet.com before the last business day of the month. Your subscription will officially end on the last business day of the month in which the cancellation is requested.

Maxanet bills one month in arrears, so you will receive your final invoice in the middle of the following month for your last month of service.
