We highly recommend that the admin checks the Admin>Users>Failed Registration page daily and reach out to these potential bidders and help them get registered.
If the bidder goes back and finishes the registration process, they will be automatically removed from this page.
If the 'Email Verified' column says, 'YES', this means that the potential bidder did receive and click on the verification email.
Automated emails for bidder failed registrations. We've added a new email template that is automatically sent out to bidders who attempt to register but do not finish the registration process. You can customize this email template in the Admin>Configurations>Email Templates>Bidder Failed Registration.
