When a bidder does a buynow or make an offer, in the admin panel, a red colored exclamation point will be shown at the end of the auction title. This will be a visual cue to the admin to let them know an action is waiting for them.

Buynow items back into auction - if a bidder commits to purchase a buynow item, but fails to follow through for any reason, from the admin>auction>BuyNow tab, the admin can delete the buynow invoice and the item will go back into the auction and be live and open again for another bidder to purchase.

If the admin had previously generated the invoice for a buynow item: in the admin>auction>invoices tab, they can use the actions menu for that invoice and select the 'delete invoice' option. This will also put the buynow item back into the auction and open it up for another bidder to purchase.

Social Media Sharing to Facebook - an issue was addressed where the terms of the sale were being displayed rather than the item name or description when shared to Facebook.

A rare bidding issue has been addressed which occurred when 2 bidders placed identical max bids on an item which caused the incorrect bidder to be shown as the winning bidder.
​

Bidder Tax Exemptions: The admin can no longer manually toggle a bidders tax exemption to be on or off. To make a bidder tax exempt, the admin will either need to add the Tax Exemption info or approve the bidders supplied info. To turn off a bidders tax exemption status, they will need to reject an existing exemption.
​

Multiple fixes to the GoToAuction sharing:

Admin>Auction>Invoices - an issue was fixed where the font size was different between viewing the PDF of an invoice and printing it

Performance increases: For optimal user experience, we have made the following adjustments:

Faster Bidding Process: On the public auction pages, when a bidder places a bid that is equal to or less than another bidders max bid, the system will now keep the bidding pop-up window open and auto-fill the new minimum next required bid amount. The bidder can simply click on the 'place bid' button again and again without having to restart the entire bidding process for that item.

Admin>Users>Export User List: an update has been made to the Excel file where the 'Address1' and 'Address2' fields are now split apart so the Street Address, City, State, and Zip codes all are in their own unique column headers.

Sharing to the GoToAuction.com site: We have made an internal update to help address some issues with sharing your Maxanet auction to the GoToAuction.com site. We are currently working on another round of updates to help address the time zone issues with the start & end dates of the auctions when sharing to GoToAuction.com as well.

Admin>Contacts>Bulk Emails - added a new 'unsubscribe' option as well as an 'update preferences' link that are appended to the footer of all marketing emails as seen below:

Admin>Contacts>Unsubscribe List - added a new main navigation menu to access the unsubscribe list which will list out all email addresses that have manually unsubscribed to marketing emails. The admin can export this list to excel and bulk import new emails into the page that they want to be unsubscribed.

Admin>Contacts>Email All - added a new dropdown menu to select your custom marketing email templates and now the system will automatically fill in your domain based 'company email' address into the 'FROM' email address of the email.

Admin>Auction>Delete Bid>Notes. Previously any bid deletion notes were not being saved. Now if you go to the Bids tab, click on the Filter, click on the 'show deleted bids' option and hit apply, there will be an 'eye' icon you can click that will then display the optional bid deletion note as seen below:
