Domain Based Email Verification Process

MaxanetNext has many system generated emails that are sent to your bidders such as: New Bidder Registration, Outbid Notifications, Winning Bidder Invoices, and many others.

The 'FROM' email address of these system generated emails is very important. For example: If you try to use an @gmail.com or @yahoo.com email address, the ISP's and email clients can tell that they are not the true sender of these emails - your MaxanetNext server is the true sender. This mismatch causes these system generated emails to go to your bidders Spam/Junk folders, or get blocked altogether and not get delivered.

The solution to this potential issue is to setup and use a domain based email address such as "info@yourdomainname.com".

On our end, we will need to 'verify' your domain based email address. In order to do this, you will need to create/purchase your own domain based email address and then email us at Support@Maxanet.com with your new email address. We will then provide you DNS records and instructions on how to put these records into place. You will need to have access to wherever your domain name is registered with. When you add the new MX Record and TXT records, we will then verify your domain based email with our system. We will also bulk update all of your 'FROM' email addresses in your Configurations:Email Templates section of your admin panel.
