Using the Add/Edit item page:
In the admin panel, click on the auction title to go into the Auction Dashboard and then click on the IMAGES tab.
This page allows you to quickly load multiple photos per item and move to load photos to the next item without leaving the page.
You can change the order of the photos for each item by clicking down on a photo and dragging into the desired position. Drag the photo to the far left to make the photo the primary/first photo.
Download. There is a green colored download button that allows you to download/export all of the photos of the auction to a ZIP file
Delete All. This function will delete all of the photos in the auction, for all items. This is sometimes needed if incorrect photos were uploaded using batch processes.
Using the Manage Images option from the ITEMS page:
If you already have your inventory created, you can also load inventory photos from the ITEMS tab as seen below. Click on the Actions menu and then 'manage images'.
A window will slide in from the right as seen below. Drag and drop your photos or click inside the box to use your file manager to select the photos. You can select multiple photos at once to upload. As soon as the photos are added they will AUTOMATICALLY upload. If you are loading larger images, be patient as it may take up to 30 seconds to load multiple larger photos.
When the photos are uploaded, you can then use the tools as seen below to set the primary image, or delete, or download the photo.
You'll also see on the ITEMS page that the 'Photos' column has auto-updated with a small thumbnail photos along with a number...this number signifies how many photos are added...there are 8 photos added to this item in the example below:
