Maxanet lets you review every bid placed in an auction and delete specific bids one at a time, either per-item from the Items tab or chronologically from the Bids tab on the auction dashboard. Useful for correcting mistakenly-placed bids, removing bids from problem bidders, or auditing bid activity.

From your Maxanet Admin panel, go to the Current/Active Auctions page and click the auction title to enter the auction dashboard. Click the Items tab. Each item row has a Bids column showing the number of bids that item has received. These numbers are clickable — click the bid count to open a page showing every bid on that specific item, with bidder number, amount, and timestamp.

On the per-item bid list, each bid row has an Actions menu on the right. Click Actions and select Delete to remove that specific bid. Maxanet recalculates the winning bidder on the item and updates everything accordingly.

The auction dashboard has a Bids tab that shows every bid received across every item in the auction, sorted chronologically with newest bids at the top. This is useful for auditing, spotting unusual bidding patterns, or reviewing the full timeline of auction activity. Each bid in this chronological list also has an Actions menu with a Delete option.

No. Bid deletions are not reversible. Use with care — deleting a bid recalculates the winning position on the item immediately.

The per-bid delete is one at a time. For bulk operations — like deleting all bids from one bidder — use Disable Bidding with 'Delete All current winning bids' checked instead.
