From the Users page, there are 2 options for bidders passwords:

1.) The admin can send a 'reset PW' email to the bidder by clicking on the 'reset password' from the Actions menu.
2.) The admin can generate a one-time password. This is handy if the bidder does not receive the above password reset email, or has any other unforeseen issue. Simply click on the 'generate one time password' and you as the admin will see the password and can then send it to the bidder via text, email, or over the phone. The bidder will immediately be able to login with this one-time password.
