Admin:Auctions:Items: QR Code for image taking: updated the margins to fix printer alignment issues

Admin:Auctions:Items: Image Bulk Upload: Added image 'naming' instructions on the pop-up window so clients can rename their photos and bulk upload them

Admin:Auctions:Items: New feature added that auto hides any inventory item that does NOT have BOTH a Description AND an Item Name. If an item has a description, it shows to the public. If an item has an item name, it shows to the public. If an item has neither a description or item name, it is hidden from the public.

Admin:Auctions:Gallery - a new Gallery tab has been added to the Auction Dashboard page. We will be introducing numerous photo tools in the near future.
