A larger system update including the following:
Public Pages: New 'Calendar & Auction level' Announcement feature. Just like the Auction Inventory announcement, this new Announcement section/content is displayed directly below the header (logo area) on ALL public pages. To add this Announcement, in your admin panel go to Configurations:Public Page Config and then look for the 'Header Content' section. You can center align the content and create a simple Navigation menu or put important information that you want all public site visitors to see.
Admin:Auction:Invoices - full refund capabilities have been added for ALL payment types including Credit Card (MaxanetPay), Cash, Check, and Other. Previously the system was updated allowing for Refunds for MaxanetPay users only. To initiate a refund, click on the arrow (<) next to the Invoice# which will display a drop down section with the payments for that invoice. From the right side you can refund the payments which will be noted on the invoice.
Admin:Auction:Gallery - new photo tools that allow you to set the Primary photo, and reshuffle the order of the photos for the items (from left to right). You must hover over the picture you want to make the Primary, and then click on the white colored 'checkmark'. The other photos can be 'dragged and dropped' into the preferred order. We'll be making additional changes/updates to this Gallery page in the near future to make it user friendly including showing all items/photos without needing to expand them, removing any unnecessary clicks/confirmations, and making the image order just a simple left to right with the left image being the primary.
Admin:Auctions:Ended Auctions - Clone an ended auction. You can now clone an ended auction
Admin:Auction:Consignors - a new 'Consignors' tab is now visible in the Auction Dashboard navigation menu. The consignors tab will show current totals for each consignor in the auction.
Admin:Users:Failed Registrations - in the left column of the NEXT navigation menu, under the Users page, is a new page called Failed Registrations. Any bidder who did not complete the new bidder registration form will be listed here, along with any potential error code they may have received. If the bidder simply abandoned the registration form, no error code will be present. This can be a handy tool to proactively reach out to potential bidders who could not finalize their registration form.
Admin:Configurations:Email Templates: New Bidder Registration. When a new bidder registers with your site, you'll receive a new email from the system with a lot more bidder information including Bidder#, Name, Company, Email, Ph#, Address(es), etc.
Admin:Users:Users list - all bidder phone numbers have been updated to the same syntax with dashes (123-456-7890)
Admin:GoToAdmin:Preferences - Google Tags. An update was made to fix a bug where if previously you entered a Google Tag (Google Analytics Tracking code) it was not showing.
Public Pages:Auction:Inventory - Performance improvements for the 'countdown timer' where the timer would sometimes glitch when it went into auto-extended bidding
Admin:Auction:Items - HEIC image types are now allowed to be uploaded (from an Iphone)
Other updates include: Bidder password special character validation, downloading summary invoice issues, sporadic issue with bid increments when max bids were placed, Bidder profile payment method update error message resolved, public page global search updates, MS Excel inventory file sorting
