Admin: Configurations: Public Page Configuration

There is an option called, 'Preferred Language'. The default is English but it can be changed to Spanish.

If changed to Spanish, there is a toggle switch at the bottom of the public auction pages that allow the bidders to toggle from Spanish>English.
