Each bidder has a dual set of terms and conditions (T&C) they must agree to:

New Bidder Registration Terms & Conditions
To create/modify your new bidder registration T&C, in your admin panel, navigate to the Users: Terms & Conditions page. There will be an input box on this page where you can enter your registration T&C.
When a bidder goes through the new bidder registration process, they will be forced to check a box that says they agree to these terms (with a hyperlink to read and/or download the T&C).
Note: If the Admin changes/updates the T&C, when previously registered bidders login, they will be forced to agree to the new updated T&C.
Auction level Terms & Conditions
When a registered bidder places their first bid in an auction, they are forced to read through and agree to the auction level terms & conditions. In your admin panel, the auction level T&C can be found in the Auctions: Add/Edit Auction page (where you enter the auction title, end date, etc).
There is a box towards the bottom called, 'Terms'.
โNote: If the Admin changes/updates the T&C, when bidders place another bid, they will be forced to agree to the new updated T&C.
