Monthly Invoices: Maxanet clients will receive an invoice each month via email requesting payment for the previous month's usage. This email will be sent from billing@maxanet.com and should arrive between the 15th-25th of each month. A detailed, printable invoice will be attached to the email. Please save a copy for your records.
To pay the invoice, simply click on the “Pay Now” button within the email and follow the prompts.
When the transaction has processed, you will receive a confirmation that payment is complete.
AutoPay: We are requiring that all clients sign up for our convenient AutoPay option by storing a credit card or bank information to be charged automatically each month. A payment receipt will be emailed to you each time your account is charged. Please save these for your records.
Request a secure link to set up your autopay by emailing billing@maxanet.com and include your name, company name, company address and the email address where you would like the link to be sent.
