Overview
Maxanet lets you download consignor settlement reports filtered by item payment status — helpful when you need to show a consignor only the items that were actually paid for, or identify items that went unsold or unpaid. The options are available as Download Breakup Summary PDF or Print Breakup Settlement actions from the auction-level or user-level Settlements pages.
How to download a filtered settlement report
From your Maxanet Admin panel, go to either Admin → Auction → Settlement Reports (per-auction view) or Admin → Users → Settlements (per-consignor view). You can download individual reports or a master report using the Download Breakup Summary PDF or the Print Breakup Settlement option. When you click either option, a pop-up window appears asking how you want the report formatted.
The four filter options for breakup settlement reports
All Items — everything in the settlement, regardless of payment status or bid outcome
Invoice Paid Items — only items whose bidder invoice was actually paid. This is what most consignors actually care about, because unpaid items don't convert into a consignor payout
Invoice Unpaid Items — items that were won but whose invoice is still unpaid. Useful for chasing payment or flagging as bad debt
No-Bid Items — items that received no bids at all and therefore did not sell. Useful for consignor conversations about which items to relist
Choose Summary or Detailed formatting
The same pop-up also asks whether you want the report in Summary or Detailed format. Summary is a condensed one-page-style output; Detailed shows every item, every fee, and every calculation in full. Pick based on what you need — share Summary with the consignor, use Detailed for internal auditing.
Common questions
Which filter should I use when paying a consignor?
Invoice Paid Items — only those items actually generated revenue. Paying a consignor on unpaid invoices would create a shortfall for you until the bidder pays.
How do I see which items didn't sell for a consignor?
Use the No-Bid Items filter on the Download Breakup Summary PDF option. Shows every item that received zero bids.
Can I download all consignors' settlements at once or only one at a time?
Both. Individual reports are available per-consignor, and Maxanet also offers a master/breakup report covering all consignors in the auction.
What's the difference between Summary and Detailed?
Summary is a condensed format with totals and key info only. Detailed includes every item, every fee, and every calculation.
