Our system emails are powered by a service called Sendgrid. You should already be verified with Sendgrid, but as of February 2024, both Yahoo and Gmail are implementing stricter email guidelines which will require you to add an additional DNS record to your domain's DNS manager.
We can assist with adding this record via a screenshare meeting. Please use the following appointment booker to schedule your call:
โ
You'll need to be signed into your domain's DNS manager for this meeting.
---
If you want to add the DNS record yourself, please follow these step by step instructions:
1.) Log in to your domain manager (the domain that you have your email through). For example, this may be your GoDaddy account, or Namecheap account.
2.) Navigate to your DNS Manager page for the domain
3.) Add a new record with the following attributes:
Record Type = TXT
Host = _dmarc.maxanet.com
Value = v=DMARC1; p=none;
TTL: Lowest available option
*IMPORTANT - for the Host record, you need to insert your domain name into the record. For example, if your domain based email address that you use as the 'FROM' email in your Maxanet Admin>Configurations>Email Configurations is, 'info@Maxanet.com', you will need to edit the Value like this:
โ
_dmarc.maxanet.com
Just insert/replace your domain with maxanet.com like this _dmarc.abcauctions.com
4.) Once completed, please email us at Support@Maxanet.com and let us know that you've added this DNS record and we can verify it in real time on our end.
