The admin can delete an inventory item that is no longer needed. From the Admin>Auction>Auction Dashboard>Items tab, checkmark the item, or items, that you want to delete. Then click on the orange Group Actions button > Delete option. A confirmation pop-up box will appear.
The item(s) have now been deleted, but they can be restored.
To Restore a previously deleted inventory item(s), click on the grey colored, 'FILTER' button and then select the toggle to 'Show Deleted Items' and then click Apply. As seen below, the previously deleted items will appear with a red background color.
Select the item(s) by checkmarking them, and then use the Group Actions>Restore Deleted Items button.
