Accessing the Mbrella Charge Dashboard
First, log in to your Mbrella account and navigate to the D'Ieteren Energy section. This is your central hub for all EV charging-related information and management tools.
Viewing Invoices
In the Mbrella Charge dashboard, you'll find a dedicated section for invoices. Here's what you can do:
Download Invoices: You can easily download individual invoices or bulk downloads for a specific period.
View Invoice History: Access a chronological list of all invoices generated for your fleet.
View invoice status: Generated / Sent / paid / Payment failed
Detailed Invoice Information
Each invoice typically includes:
Date and time of charging sessions
Location of charging
Amount of energy consumed (kWh)
Cost breakdown (including any applicable fees)
Employee identification (if applicable)
Analytics and Reporting
Mbrella Charge offers robust analytics features that complement your invoice management under the Insights tab:
Charging Mix Analysis: View the distribution of charging types (work/public/fast charging).
Cost Breakdown: Analyze total costs, split by different fee types (session start fee, kWh fee, idle fee, parking fee).
Energy Consumption: Track total energy consumption across your fleet.

Automated Invoice Checks
One of Mbrella Charge's standout features is its automated invoice checking system:
The system performs 18 validation checks on each charging report.
It boasts a 99.8% accuracy rate, significantly higher than the industry standard of 86%.
Any discrepancies or errors are automatically flagged for review.
Expense Tracking
The system automatically creates expenses for each charging session. You can:
View all expenses in one place
Track which expenses have been reimbursed
Identify any anomalies or unusually high expenses
Cost Control Features
While reviewing invoices, you can also manage cost control settings:
Set monthly budget limits per employee
Implement country restrictions for charging
Control access to specific charger types or providers
Anomaly Detection
The system includes features to detect potential fraud or misuse:
Flags multiple simultaneous charging session
Identifies geographically impossible charging patterns
