A Sim Swap means replacing the SIM card in a charging station. If your charging station connects to another provider, this SIM card needs to be replaced with one from EDI. This new SIM card connects to the underlying system so that your charging data can be transmitted for monitoring. It also allows certain actions to be performed remotely.

Before EDI can perform this replacement, a document must be completed by the charging station's current provider. You can find this via this page in the EDI helpcenter.
