During the preliminary questionnaire or Home Check, EDI checks that your installation can provide the necessary power for your charging station. Because the total available power of your electrical system is limited, the charging station may use a significant portion of it, leaving little for other appliances in the home.

To prevent your main circuit breaker from tripping during simultaneous use of the charging station and other large consumers such as the oven or washing machine, we use dynamic load balancing. This system, with a smart meter, continuously measures total consumption and adjusts the power of your charging station based on available power. This prevents the main circuit breaker from tripping due to overloading.
