Some Tips:

  1. 🔌 Check basic connections:

    • Make sure the charging station is properly plugged into the power source.

    • Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to the car.

  2. 🫵 Restart the charging station:

    • Turn the station off and on again, either by using the stop button or unplugging and replugging it.

    • Check if the station has any lights or a display that indicates errors.

  3. Check the power supply:

    • Ensure there’s no power outage at home.

    • If the station is on a dedicated circuit breaker, check if the breaker has tripped.

  4. 🈵 Look for error messages:

    • Check the station’s screen or indicator lights for any error messages or codes.

    • Refer to the user manual to understand what these messages or lights mean.

  5. 🔌Test with another charging cable: If possible, try using a different charging cable to see if the issue is with the cable.

  6. 🚘 Restart your car: Sometimes the issue is with the vehicle. Turn the car off and on again to reset the internal charging system.

  7. 🆘Contact customer support: If none of the above steps work, contact the home charging station's customer service.

    • Check the charging station: Most charging stations have a customer support phone number or email displayed on the unit. Look for a sticker or a screen that provides contact details.

    • Use the app or network provider's website: You can usually find customer support options on their website. Many charging stations providers offer real-time chat or a dedicated help section.

    • Take note of details: When contacting customer support, have the following information ready:

      • Model and serial number of the station.

      • Detailed description of the issue (including any error codes).

      • When and under what circumstances the problem occurred.
