RFID stands for Radio-Frequency Identification and is a technology used in EV country for wireless identification of objects.

It consists of two main components: an RFID tag and an RFID reader. The RFID tag is incorporated into your charging card and the RFID reader is located in the charging station.

So the RFID system works by using radio waves to wirelessly transfer information between an RFID tag and an RFID reader. When an authorized tag is within range of the reader, charging can begin!
