In the packaging of your connected cable, you will find a user manual. Follow these steps.

  1. If your charge point is not visible in your portal account, you can contact the number given in the user manual.

  2. Activation of the NRG kick application is optional.

  3. The cable works immediately when connected to the socket.

Only in the event of a very poor 4G connection is it advisable to connect your cable to a Wi-Fi network via the application.
