You receive an e-mail with an invitation to download the D'Charge & Go app and log in for the first time.
A virtual card is automatically available and activated for you in the D'Charge & Go app
A physical card will automatically be ordered for you and will be delivered at your home within 7 to 10 working days
Once the physical card has been delivered, you activate it by entering the card information in the app
You click on the three stripes in the right upper corner
You click on "charging passes"
You click on the green plus sign in the right upper corner
You enter your charging pass code
You click on "confirm charging pass"
