💡 With D'Charge & Go, you have the option to either use your physical pass or your smartphone, ensuring maximum flexibility.

  1. Physical Pass:

    • As soon as you're entitled to start using D'Charge & Go, a physical pass will be sent to your home/office (depending on the set up of your organisation).

    • Once you've received this card, you can activate it through the D'Charge & Go app.

    • Now, you're good to go! You can use this physical pass to charge at all charging stations.

  2. D'Charge & Go Mobile App

    • Next to your physical pass, you can also use your D'Charge & Go app to start a charging session.

    • Approximately 60% of charging stations support cardless (virtual pass) charging

    • Some charging stations may still require a physical card for activation

    • You can do this by scanning the necessary QR code from within the D'Charge & Go app. Read this article to know more.

By supporting both options, D'Charge & Go offers you maximum flexibility. Some examples:

  • Not all charging stations support mobile payments. But with the physical pass you have maximal compatibility in various situations.

  • The app/phone option is convenient when you don't have your physical pass with you or when you just prefer the hassle-free way of using your mobile phone.

📫 You didn't receive your physical card yet? No worries, you can already start using D'Charge & Go through the app.
