Physical Pass:
As soon as you're entitled to start using D'Charge & Go, a physical pass will be sent to your home/office (depending on the set up of your organisation).
Once you've received this card, you can activate it through the D'Charge & Go app.
Now, you're good to go! You can use this physical pass to charge at all charging stations.
D'Charge & Go Mobile App
Next to your physical pass, you can also use your D'Charge & Go app to start a charging session.
Approximately 60% of charging stations support cardless (virtual pass) charging
Some charging stations may still require a physical card for activation

How to log in to the D'Charge & Go app
Open the D'Charge & Go app and enter your e-mail address and password as usual
Check your inbox, you'll receive an e-mail with a 6-digit security code
Enter the code in the Security code field on the login screen
Tap Verify to complete the login
