The AI chatbot is a handy assistant that helps employees find answers quickly. As an admin, you're in full control: decide whether to enable or disable this feature for your organisation.
How to enable or disable the chatbot policy
Go to Settings ⚙️
Select Organisation settings
Find the AI chatbot policy section
Toggle the setting to enable or disable the chatbot
Click Save
💡 The chatbot is disabled by default. If you'd like employees to use it, you'll need to turn it on manually.
Where employees will see the chatbot
Once enabled, employees can access the AI chatbot from the Documents section. If the feature is disabled, they'll see a banner letting them know the chatbot exists and that an admin can enable it.
