Go to your Cards' management tab
Click on Actions next to the desired employee
Select Freeze card
Lost/stolen card expenses
If an employee misplaces their card, always check the expenses on the card.
Any suspicious expenses after the date of the loss?
Let us know and we’ll contest it with our provider!

Go to your Cards' management page
Click on Actions next to the desired employee
Select Terminate card
