Debit note explanation
We understand the importance of keeping accurate records of all transactions made with Mbrella Pay cards.
Once you've activated Mbrella Pay on your account a debit note will be generated every month with a summary of all the expenses made by your employees with their card.
This debit note can be directly sent to your accounting department.
What can you find in the debit note
Company fiscal information
Debit note period coverage dates
Balance information
Default balance at the start of the month
Mbrella Pay balance on the debit note download date
Total amount spent by your employees with Mbrella Pay
Detail of payment made by every employee
Where can you download the debit note
Go to the Cards tab in the left menu
Select the Debit Notes options
Click on the pdf icon for the desired period
