There is a small fee attached to the usage of the Mbrella Pay card. However, through our platform, you have full control of these charges.
Enable physical cards for your employee
Navigate to your Mobility hub module in the sidebar
Select Mbrella Pay
Under Settings, you can enable "Allow physical cards" to allow employees ordering a physical Mbrella Pay card. If this is disabled, employees will still be able to use Mbrella Pay virtual cards, of course.
Decide who pays for the costs of Mbrella Pay
Navigate to your Mobility hub module in the sidebar
Select Mbrella Pay
Under Settings, you can indicate whether the fees are to be paid by the employee or not. You can do this independently for each type of mobility budget.
