In your Mbrella profile, you will have a detailed overview of your expenses:
Charging Session Expenses:
You can view detailed expenses for each charging session, including:
Date and time of the charging session
Location of the charging station
Amount of energy (kWh) charged
Cost of the session
Type of charging (e.g., home, work, public)
Public Charging Costs:
Expenses for charging at public stations using your Mbrella Charge pass or app.
Work Charging Costs:
If your workplace has charging stations, you'll see these expenses, which are usually paid through your employer.
Home Charging Reimbursements:
If you charge your EV at home, you can see the reimbursements for these sessions.
These are typically processed through payroll and may follow the CREG tariff (a Belgian electricity pricing standard).
Budget Limits:
If your company has set monthly budget limits (e.g., €150 per month), you can track your expenses against this limit.
Split Billing (if applicable):
In cases where charging doesn't meet company policies (e.g., charging abroad or exceeding budget limits), you might see expenses that are split between you and your employer.
It's important to note that purely private charging sessions paid with your personal payment method (not through the company's Mbrella Charge pass) typically won't appear in your Mbrella profile due to privacy considerations.
If you need more specific information or have trouble finding certain expenses, don't hesitate to use the in-app support chat or contact your company's HR department for assistance.
