How can I order a Charge pass for my employees?

As an HR or Fleet Manager, you need to make sure your employees receive their charging pass. Read what you need to do in this article.

As an HR representative or Fleet Manager, you need to enable D'Ieteren Energy by Mbrella as a benefit in your Mbrella account through the Mobility hub. Then, you can activate D'Ieteren Energy by Mbrella for specific employees. Once activated, the system automatically creates a user account for the employee and orders a physical charge pass. The employee can then activate the pass in the D'Ieteren Energy by Mbrella app upon receipt.

💡 Physical passes are sent to the employee's home address*

💡 It typically takes 4-5 working days for the pass to arrive after ordering

*Ensure that employee addresses are up-to-date in the Mbrella system, as this is crucial for successful delivery

Tracking option

By default, passes are sent by regular post without tracking. But if you want, we offer the option for track & trace shipping at an additional cost of €4.80 per package.
