Your MDacne Trial Kit comes with a 1-month supply of our Acne Treatment. At the end of the trial period (which is after a month from signing up), your selected subscription at checkout then kicks in and will be applied moving forward - to which you will then be charged based on your plan.

Our logistics system is automated, and orders are shipped very quickly after your payment is received (refer to the Help Articles on Subscription and Terms & Conditions for more details).
In this case, if an order has already been processed and shipped as part of an active subscription, it cannot be canceled or recalled, as it is already with the carrier.
For customers who wish to continue their treatment and keep the order that's already in transit, it is recommended to adjust the shipping and billing date to avoid receiving another kit too soon or to cancel the subscription plan entirely. Subscription modifications can be made here.
