If you're not yet ready for your next kit or would like to receive it sooner, you can adjust your next billing and shipping date.

You may do so by logging in to your account on the MDacne website then click "Change next shipping date"

For the Acne Treatment Subscription on the App:

Go to the Account Settings from the app homepage and click "Change next shipping date". There you can move it forward or backwards as needed.

*Once your package is shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or intercept the item in transit. Please make sure to adjust your shipments prior to your next shipping date. Any changes completed after billing will take effect on the next billing cycle.
