Delayed Delivery

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your shipment yet! Delivery times typically range from 4–7 business days for domestic orders and 7–14 business days for international orders. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to be processed before shipment.

However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as holidays, staffing limitations, inclement weather, or carrier congestion. Additional factors that may delay deliveries include customs processing for international orders, severe weather, and carrier capacity limitations during holidays.

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information for updates. If there are no updates after 20 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international) from the last tracking update, please reach out to us—we’d be happy to assist you appropriate to your needs. In the meantime, you’re welcome to contact the carrier directly for more information regarding your shipment’s status. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check your mailbox, ask neighbors or your front-desk staff, and contact MDhair for further investigation.
