We know you're excited to get started with your treatment. (We are too!) Delivery times are only estimates and we appreciate your patience as we accommodate for any possible delays. *Shipping time varies depending on your location and delivery delays can occur without warning (due to local holidays, staffing limitations, inclement weather, carrier congestion etc.)

If the tracking for your order has not had any movement for 15 days (US) or 20 days (International) - let us know on chat or through email (support@mdhair.co) and we'd be happy to assist you in getting a replacement or a refund.

*Carrier delays can occur without warning and as such, we do not guarantee a delivery date for your shipments. These are subject to change and in most cases, tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date. Don't forget to adjust your next ship date accordingly.

**Any delivery issues need to be reported within 30 days from the last carrier tracking update, to be eligible for any claims. Please keep in mind, this excludes packages that have been marked as "Delivered" or "Arrival in Destination Country". A package that has been marked as "Delivered" or "Arrival in Destination Country" is not eligible for a lost in transit claim as per our policies.
