Once your order is packed and transferred over to the delivery courier, you can expect your order within the following time frames. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information to monitor your package's progress.

Delivery Time Estimates:

US: 4-7 business days (with exceptions to certain locations)

International: 7-14 business days International shipping times may extend to 21 days for certain destinations.

How to Track Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you haven’t received it, check your spam or promotions folder and mark it as ‘not spam’ to ensure you receive future updates. If the tracking for your order has not had any movement for 15 days (US) or 20 days (International) - reach out to us and we'd be happy to assist you in getting a replacement or a refund. **

Reasons for Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver within the average timeframes, external factors might occasionally delay your order. Common causes include:

  • Customs Reviews: International shipments often go through customs, leading to potential delays.

  • Holidays: Increased package volume during holidays can slow down courier services.

  • Weather Conditions: Adverse weather may disrupt delivery routes.

  • Carrier Capacity: Reduced capacity during peak seasons or unexpected incidents can impact timelines.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Delays may occur if the delivery address provided is incomplete or incorrect. If your package takes longer than the estimated timeframe, rest assured that it is still in transit, even if tracking updates become infrequent.


*Carrier delays can occur without warning and as such, we do not guarantee a delivery date for your shipments. These are subject to change and in most cases, tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date. Don't forget to adjust your next ship date accordingly.

Steps to Follow for Missing or Delayed Orders

Here’s what you can do if there’s an issue with your order:

  1. Check Tracking Updates: Start by reviewing the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Check Surrounding Areas: Look around your mailbox, front porch, or designated delivery areas for your package. Sometimes packages are tucked away.

  3. Ask Neighbors: A neighbor may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

  4. Contact the Local Carrier: If there's no update or if a delivery attempt was made, reach out to the local carrier for additional details.

  5. Wait 48 Hours: Occasionally, a package marked as delivered may take up to 48 hours to actually arrive.

  6. Contact MDhair Support: If there are still no updates after 21 days, or if the package is marked as delivered but hasn't been received, reach out to MDhair's support team. They can assist in initiating a replacement or locating the package.

**Any delivery issues need to be reported within 30 days from the last carrier tracking update, to be eligible for any claims. Please keep in mind, this excludes packages that have been marked as "Delivered" or "Arrival in Destination Country". A package that has been marked as "Delivered" or "Arrival in Destination Country" is not eligible for a lost in transit claim as per our policies. It would be best to get in touch with the courier who did the delivery. We do apologize if we'll be unable to assist if reported past this date.

In cases where tracking information is missing, it may be that your order is still processing for shipment. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder in case the email was flagged incorrectly.

Why are there no updates on my tracking link?

Tracking updates may not appear immediately. Updates depend on the carrier and logistics delays. It is normal to see slow progress when the item is in transit.

What if my package is damaged?

For damaged items, contact MDhair support immediately with images of the package for assistance.
